Manufacturing Process
An 11-step integrated production process, from raw material to shipment
From design (CAD/CAM) through cutting, machining, welding, assembly, painting and shipment, our 11-step integrated process secures stable quality. A SMART factory links PDA with ERP for real-time control, and pre-order preparation lets production begin the moment an order is placed.

Process Steps
- 01–02 Material · Design
-
Raw Material Receiving
Incoming inspection on arrival: Mill Certification, dimensions, material and appearance.
-
CAD & Nesting
Create production drawings with 3D modeling/CAD and arrange shapes efficiently (nesting).
- 03–04 Cutting · Forming
-
Cutting
Materials are cut by gas, plasma and other methods as appropriate.
-
Pre-machining
Beveling, machining, bending, drilling and tapping as needed.
- 05–07 Assembly · Welding
-
Sub-assembly
Pre-machined parts are sub-assembled per manufacturing control guidelines.
-
Main Assembly
Sub-assembled members are assembled to form the product shape.
-
Welding
Robotic welding systems and an in-house welding training center secure quality.
- 08–11 Machining · Finishing · Shipping
-
Machining
Parts requiring precise dimensions are machined on dedicated machines (CAD/CAM).
-
Painting
Paint is applied to the product surface for finishing.
-
Assembly
Finished parts are combined and assembled (e.g., Under Carriage Ass'y, Coal Reclaimer).
-
Packing · Shipping
