Manufacturing Process

An 11-step integrated production process, from raw material to shipment

From design (CAD/CAM) through cutting, machining, welding, assembly, painting and shipment, JIWON M-TECH ensures stable quality through an 11-step integrated production process.

We pursue a SMART factory that links PDA with ERP for real-time process control, and we have a system that allows manufacturing to begin immediately upon order by preparing from the pre-order stage.

Process Steps

  1. Raw Material Receiving — Upon arrival, we perform incoming inspection including Mill Certification check, dimensions, material and appearance.
  2. CAD & Nesting — Using 3D modeling and CAD, we create the drawings needed for production and efficiently arrange shapes (nesting).
  3. Cutting — Materials are cut by gas, plasma and other methods as appropriate.
  4. Pre-machining — Cut members undergo beveling, machining, bending, drilling and tapping as needed.
  5. Sub-assembly — Pre-machined parts are combined and sub-assembled per manufacturing control guidelines.
  6. Main assembly — Sub-assembled members are assembled to form the product shape.
  7. Welding — We secure competitiveness and quality through robotic welding systems and an in-house welding training center.
  8. Machining — Parts requiring precise dimensions are machined with dedicated machines (using CAD/CAM).
  9. Painting — Paint is applied to the product surface for finishing.
  10. Assembly — Finished parts are combined and assembled. (e.g., Under Carriage Ass’y, Coal Reclaimer)
  11. Packing · Shipping — Products are packed for safe transport and delivered to the customer.
