HSC crawler-crane lower frame mass-production partner — one-stop integrated production
We are a key mass-production partner supplying crawler-crane lower frames and undercarriage parts for HSC Cranes. We produce in-house from raw material procurement through cutting, machining, welding and painting, with mass-production assembly carried out mainly at Plant 2. Lower and side frames are produced for 50–350-ton-class cranes — 5.5–10 m long, 2.7–10 tons, plate thickness 10–125T — using SM490A/SM570 steel (Nippon Steel & POSCO). We also supply a wide range of core special construction equipment components, including Frame, Under Carriage Ass'y and more.
